The shooter in this case has had to be moved to a protective housing complex and protected by police due to hundreds of death threats. The family of Travon has the Honarable Rev. Al Sharpton calling for an immediate arrest and conviction of the shooter. I gotta ask ya, is this democracy? If it were up to the members of the slains family they would have lynched him yesterday. I'm calling BS on these people who are raising all this hell to let the wheels of Justice turn and the legal system do it's job. After all that's why we developed and employ it in these times of our lives. If they don't like something, change it the right way. That is an option to them.

I don't think he will ever be able to return to a "normal" life. No matter if he is 'no billed'; charged, tried and acquitted; or charged tried and convicted.

It's one of the consequences of pulling out and using a gun.

The more I hear, the less inclined I am to think he was in "reasonable fear of death or great bodily injury." I see it that he panicked and overreacted.

But I don't have all the facts.

I haven't seen the police reports or read the statements of those involved.
