No, they have the right to speech and I think that their right to speech should not be chilled. However, I'd suggest to them that perhaps we should all pay some taxes in order to ensure that their desires are attainable.

They don't get out of sales taxes, unless they buy food and resale items. They don't get out of gasoline taxes unless they don't have a car/motorcycle/airplane. They don't get out of payroll taxes unless they are unemployed or working under-the-table.
