53% of US voters voted for Obama. If you are part of the 47%, shut the fuck up!

Non-sequitor. The 47% pays no tax--they didn't pay their damned admission price to the debate.

In the election, we all voted--there was no "admission" price other than to be a non-disenfranchised citizen who exercised their vote.

You don't pay into the system, you don't deserve a voice into how it is operated.

They have the right to become part of the 53%, just like those already in the 53%.

Its far easier for those in the 1% to dol... the rest... not so much... unless you have not been paying attention for a few decades now.... ahhhh such blissfull ignorance.

Can you provide legal precedence for that? or are you talking out your ass? So most seniors, the disabled and college students should not be able to vote.?

And you're probably a Christian. Fucking priceless>

Yep. And those 47% gave their opinion, and they lost. Crying about it won't change that.

>You don't pay into the system, you don't deserve a voice into how it is operated.

You vote for the loser, you don't deserve a voice in what the winner does.

(Or you could let everyone, no matter how rich or poor they are, no matter who they voted for, have a voice. But that's more a liberal thing so I can understand your dismay at it.)

Soon the 53% will become the 47% and the new 53% will vote themselves massive social entitlements expecting the 47% to pay for their socialism. It is bad enough that Greece is a socialist nation of people who want their pie but refuse to pay for it. The USA is actually not all that far behind Greece.

Don't you just love democracy ... except that it is likely still the best thing we have?

Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

I would think that with the policies you and other right wingers here espouse.. you support neo-conservatism/neo-fascism as a far better solution to the worlds problems.

Versus rabid Socialism that rewards sloth and inactivity at the expense of those who work hard and make responsible decisions? I'll happily take my chances in the NeoCon rat race--it pays much better.

No, they have the right to speech and I think that their right to speech should not be chilled. However, I'd suggest to them that perhaps we should all pay some taxes in order to ensure that their desires are attainable.

How do they get out of sales taxes, gasoline taxes, utility taxes and payroll taxes? IS there 47% unemployment now, and none of them ever buy anything?

They don't get out of sales taxes, unless they buy food and resale items. They don't get out of gasoline taxes unless they don't have a car/motorcycle/airplane. They don't get out of payroll taxes unless they are unemployed or working under-the-table.

but they don't pay income taxes.

You would be imagining incorrectly. I have an International Politics degree, along with an MBA and a JD.

I didn't need an MTI telling me to read them. I did so in College, enduring/trying to understand the mindset of an openly Marxist professor, and in doing so I saw how bankrupt Marxism and Socialism in all their permutations truly are...
