I think they nourish each other; and it's part of the overall richness of America.

I agree with you to a certain point. Back in the day though. People were happy to come here and despite all the racism and hardships that they endured coming here. They embraced the American way of life and contributed. Made this country a better place. Doesn't seem to work that way anymore. Not all, but large portions of people come here today simply because they can get more for free then they can in the place they left. Really don't care about being an American and making this place better.

No, not just back in the day. Now. Exactly that criticism has been levied at "the current crop" of immigrants, compared to "earlier generations" of immigrants, since prior to the turn of the 20th Century.

since we already know it costs over a half a million dollars to have the pres fly in airforce 1 to california, spend a couple days and fly back, just imagine what it cost for this! this president has doubled the cost of everything he does compared to previous presidents (spending on stimulous, porkulous bill, 100k on getting sworn in, 1.3 trillion deficit each year) since we have a track record of how this president spends we could safely assume this trip is no less than 30 million, most likely closer to 100 million. weather it is 30m, 100m or more is not the point, the huge waste of our money for this president to live like a king is completely fucking assinine.

many foreigners came here, cheaper at camp david.

Polosi (holder of the purse)added 5 trillion to the national debt
they both spent way to much and both are wrong. We are broke and the leader of the country needs to lead by example and the last 4 years has been a pretty poor example. Obama has spent more in 2 years than Bush did in the first 6.

the spending needs to stop and stop NOW!

I realize you dont get that whole budgets and economics thing.. but the reason the debt is still increasing is because of some fucking dufus who was cutting taxes.. and then setting a BUDGET that continued to make it worse and the usual suspects keep blaming all the economic woes.. on the people trying to fix the problem.. and not those who are there obstucting EVERY FUCKING THING instead of trying to do anything other than saying NO.

OK.. but when your favorite attack bitches are unwilling to talk about any of the programs they want to cut... that is kind of hard to do that.

How about we start with cutting back to spending on 2 times as much as our next largest spending enemy in our offense budget... cause its so swollen that it is certainly more than a DEFENSE budget.

OH thats right... you want to cut entitlement programs.... sure... which elderly people do you want to kill off with death panels after cutting off medicare and social security. ( Medicare exists because the fucking scumbag motherfucking insurance companies will not cover the elderly with all their pre-existing conditions)

Oh and by the way.... all that bluster about cutting off all those urban welfare recipients???? FAR more RURAL welfare recipients exist by on the public teet... and they are not the welfare queens you want to cut off cause they usually look like you... not them folk with tans.

freeze all federal pay, defund health care and actually put a bill together that saves money, make social security one year in one ear out(meaning you can only collect the same # of years you pay in)reduce all federal programs by 20% and then reevaluate, cut any program that is agenda drivin (right or left) , no earmarks. cut food stamps and wellfare to those that are above poverty level(maybe they will by food instead of rims and big screen tv"s)

cut any future entitlements to gov employees (make them save their own retirement (like the rest of us) reduce many fed gov jobs pay to private sector levels.

this would be a good start

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE that is some funny shit.. you do realize that there is no difference in the Health Care Bill that the Repubiclowns proposed from the one that passed except for one thing, they want to make sure that there is no funding for ANY abortions ... and many of the Tea Baggers seem to support RAPE.... since they would not allow a woman who was raped to get rid of it.. even with a morning after pill.

OK So I am good with that as long as I can blow fuckin rapists to SATAN where he fucking belongs.

The welfare you talk about is a drop in the bucket as are salaries etc compared to defense and all the pork about to be spent in Tea Bag Districts.

Gramm - Rudman Act (defeated) --->
Budget Enforcement Act of 1990 (Act expired in 2002) --->
PAYGO 2010 (Latest one... (supported, but not endorsed by veto by either side)).

It has to be an "Amendment;" not an "Act."
Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

At which point they will continue pissing on each other's legs, of course. (Although a balanced budget requirement would definitely be a good thing IMO.)

True..The nature of a two-party system. Kind of reminds me of the old prison joke... "Today, you can be the husband or the wife." :D
