More Guns. Less Crime. Again.

Possibly.

Probably not.

But it deterred crime in the range of my firearm. Everything has limits.

I was discussing the issue on a macro level. I guess for you, it is only about you. Fairly typical of the culture you have been raised in. Also a main reason many Americans are not liked around the world.

so what is your point?

That the motherhood statement guns prevent crime is fasle.
That the motherhood statement guns deter crime is fasle as well.

should we all be victims so that some stranger elsewhere doesn't get attacked?

Not at all. Carry all the guns you want, you have the constitutional right. Just don't make emotion based, false statements about it.

You forgot:

That the motherhood statement(?) guns cause crime is false as well.

1981 to 1988 is 7 years-Kallend (oops, it's actually 8 years Kallend)

The decade of the 80's was from 1980 to 1989. 10 years. If you remove 1980 and 1989 you have 1981 to 1988. 8 years.

So we should throw away our guns and allow ourselves to be killed by criminals so that the French will like us more?

No thanks. I'm fine with the French not liking me for being able to defend myself.

Oh well, understand. In your opinion France seems to be the only country outside your corral.

Fine. Stay inside. Nobody will miss you outside.

Not at all; have whatever guns you like.

It is a valid point, though, that the rest of the world thinks we're idiots to equate "throwing our guns away" to "being killed."

I'm sorry that you get so hung-up on your Texas bigotry (the continuous "corral" comments) that you no longer have a sense of humor.

It's always nice to see someone from Germany, in this thread and others, acting so superior to the rest of the world.

Because we protect ourselves and are serious about it?:S

I know! I mean, doesn't she know that Americans are the ones superior to the rest of the world?

I didn't think JR was from America. I thought he was from the Republic of Texas.

Well, she posted she got off a plane in FL and bought a gun. That is either a lie or she is a felon.

I have to wonder what else she thinks
"America will never be destroyed from the outside,
if we falter and lose our freedoms,
it will be because we destroyed ourselves."

Yawn. Yet another giant unfounded leap of logic.

I don't see anyone here complaining about spelling by Germans in Germany.

Got any sense of humor left in there?

Plenty. Your leaps of logic provide quite a bit of humor. You do it so often in order to invent a means to criticize someone, that I would think your legs would be perpetually tired.

I guess the answer is no. Well, as long as you're angry.

LMAO

I guess that depends on how you hear him saing what he typed. If you had ever actually met JR, you could hear the inflection in his voice. He types in the same conversational tone that he speaks in.

Easy, Mr. Rich. Not many Germans enter that funny SC forum. OTOH, I'd like to meet another alien correcting my German ..... :D:D - and how many Americans do enter the German forum???? Hmmm?? :P

Would YOU be capable to correct my German? How many languages do you speak (fluently), Mr. Rich? I'm just curious. B|

It's boring, man. You're boring.

Learn another language and you're able to *read the world* (How I love those asterisks ;))
