Great book

I'm posting this here because I think its target audience is here B|

The Drunkard's Walk: How Randomness Rules Our Lives. Why is it apropos for SC? Because it gives lots of information about all those nasty polls and statistics, and why "because it feels right" is such a lousy rationale for believing or disbelieving data.

It's not perfect, but it was well written, entertaining, and it has me questioning myself. Those are all good things.

Studies have shown that 74.3% of all statistics are made up on the spot. :)
