mmcstarr 0 #1 May 12, 2016 I recently bought a cookie G3 and the chin strap is just a smig too short to being really comfortable. I can't find any videos or post on how to lengthen it.. Does anyone know how it's done? The instructions on their website are not very clear.
tred 0 #2 May 12, 2016 there is a way to do it in the manual, also if you can put it on and clip it, it will loosen up over time. wear it around the house clipping it on and off and you should be fine
mmcstarr 0 #3 May 12, 2016 It already feels better. Thank you so much!Quote
 Grumpy 9 #4 May 17, 2016 On the G3 helmets there's the little orange thing under the lining, left hand side at the bottom to adjust the tension on the chinstrap. It's just a little orange piece of plastic. The draw cord is wrapped around it a few times. If you unwind it a little it should take some of the tension off the chin strap.
