councilman24 36 #3 April 27, 2015 I would never represent the PIA website list as exhaustive and complete. It is based on submissions to the webmaster. The APF site looks near the bottom of the PIA list is probably more exhaustive. It is a regulatory body that has the goal of being complete. Neither.of.these may have documents for gear not approved in their country. The best source is the individual manufacturers. Even then things like the Capewell ripcord pin SB may not be referenced. After I first posted this it took me one minute to find two 2011 SB's not on the PIA list. Second edit. When I thought about it again it took me another 30 seconds to find a couple of dozen service bulletins not on PIA website.
