Austin 0 #1 April 11, 2001 How long are you supposed to wait after scuba diving before you skydive?? I'm picking my classes for next fall and thinking about taking scuba, but it would be on Fridays and I wasn't sure if that would make me not able to jump for the rest of the weekend....I know some of you all do both, so I figured you could help. cloud9 0 #3 April 11, 2001 It is a min. of 12 hours of no flying after scuba diving. But most folks recomend closer to 24 hrs. It depends on how much diving, how deep, etc. It really is a good idea to get as close to the 24 as possible. Of course anything over is great. Some fun eh! Austin 0 #4 April 11, 2001 Thanks guys, but after looking at the time table of classes, it looks like my ultra fun math class for aerospace engineering is at the same time as the scuba class is. Looks like I'll be trying for it next spring. Austin
Zennie 0 #5 April 11, 2001 You can always take the PADI/NAUI (whichever is your preference) course from one of the local dive shops. They usually offer pretty flexible hours.------------Blue Skies!Zennie
