PdF Springo line trim?

Anybody has a line trim chart for an old Parachute de France Springo? The one I have is 140 sq ft made in 1997.

Have the fabric permeability checked too. PdF have had some fabric which didn't hold well.

Anyone know how to read this?
Does it mean all A and B lines are the same lenght?
And what are the numbers by C and D? There is only three numbers.

My french isn't good enough

it says all A are the same, all B are the same, C and D's are lines 1&10/lines 2&9/lines 3-8

ANd their french is not very good either. There are language mistakes even in the 20 words used in the document

So that means french is both hard to read and write.
