gowlerk 1,903 #2 September 12, 2014 Lots of questions. I have one for you. Who are you and do you have any marketing or other financial interest in altimeter design, past present or future? Not that I have a problem if you do. I just appreciate disclosure when replying to surveys which you series of polls appears to be. Leaving your profile blank gives me the impression that you are only here for this survey. Ken GowlerAlways remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Kolton_Madison 0 #9 September 15, 2014 Sorry about the confusion. Me and my Partner are in a capstone college engineering course, and we must design and develop, or innovate a design. we are currently doing all the marketing, while working on the designs for the altimeter. we do not plan on putting our design on the market, we are just in need of a experienced and knowledgeable survey group. mattjw916 2 #11 September 15, 2014 inside of wrist/forearm so I can easily see it under canopy when my hands are on my risers (which is basically always) I basically never look at an altimeter in freefall... that's what audibles and other skydivers are for NSCR-2376, SCR-15080
erdnarob 1 #12 September 17, 2014 I tried them all or almost : on my wrist, with a combination of wrist and middle finger set up, in a transparent pocket on the sleeve of my jumpsuit, on my chest strap to finally come back with a mounting on my wrist with a simple piece of velcro. Learn from others mistakes, you will never live long enough to make them all.
