Create an online profile and add resume on the USAJOBS.GOV website. Include all job duties that are listed in the posting in your resume. The resumes are computer scanned so the keywords are necessary. The posting ends June 11 at midnight. Health and dental benefits and retirement matching (TSP). Local area is in Colorado Springs. Need I say more. Good luck.
mark 107 #5 June 10, 2014 The reason I asked whether attention to detail or ability to follow instructions is a requirement is because dz.com policy is to post ads like this in the classifieds. But I'm not a moderator, so what do I know? Mark
demoknite 0 #6 June 11, 2014 Is one allowed to jump at this job or is it just parachute packing?
BeauRiebe 0 #7 June 11, 2014 Don't get your hopes up to jump too often if this is a rigger slot. If you have ratings (TI, AFFI, Pro) and can prove yourself you may get to jump some or go on trips. Either way if you do get to jump, it's free! But you'll still have to deal with government/military politics and constant budget constraints.
