skybytch 259 #4 February 13, 2002 Scrambles formats work well - throw all participants names in a hat and draw teams out of that. Can divide participants up by experience, then draw from multiple hats to make teams. Great way to meet and jump with different people of varying experience levels.Hog flops - Four way RW; exit, build a star, break and everyone do a backloop, build a star, repeat to breakoff.
