any feedback about this jumpsuit???

hey everybody! so i'm new to skydiving and was recently cleared to self supervise. over the winter i want to start acquiring my own gear, but just the basics for now. $$$ is an issue of course and i came across this jumpsuit that seemed reasonably priced and good for belly flying. my only issue is i've never heard of these and can't seem to find any reviews on them. thoughts? concerns? advice? all/any is much appreciated!

Seems like a one man outfit from the Ukraine. Doubt too many folks will no anything here. I'd expect zero service, warranty, repairs. And it's in Ukraine if anywhere.

It might be you get what you pay for.

yes those were my concerns and a few i wasn't considering. this isn't exactly the sport to be skimping on either. i haven't had much luck looking for jumpsuits and i lean closer to just buying new every day.any recommendations?

I was looking for while and a friend of mine got a dealership for http://www.skylark.ua/en/ earlier this years. I ordered a FF suit and actually was impressed with the quality and cost. Mostly because I didn't want to spend another $600 on a suit that as much as I take care still gets beat-up. The designs are simple but the materials were pretty good and stitching/sizing was great. If I wasn't worried about cost http://www.verticalsuits.com/ has an excellent product. I had a Liquidsky and was also great. The top brands have great products but you pay for it. Check what your instructors were wearing, they spend a lot of time in the air and for sure they will have an opinion.

There are a few people around jumping these suits. I have only heard good things about build quality.

At the end of the day a cheap decently fitting jumpsuit is a good investment. I wouldn't splash out on an expensive suit until you really know alot about what you want and need.

Experienced jumper - someone who has made mistakes more often than I have and lived.

thank you all so much for your advice.because i'm so new i don't want to plunk down a whole paycheck on a suit when i still have so much to learn, but at the same time wearing the dz gear gets old too. i will deff look into these options.

I think most jumpsuits are or at least started as 1-man (or woman) shops. Also, a lot of suits are made locally to sell locally. Ever seen a Rainbow suit in the US? Well, you see them all over Germany. Italy? Tonfly (I think) Point is that there are plenty of reputable companies all over the world that make jumpsuits, and even parachutes for their local market. I'd buy a Ukrainian rig in a heartbeat if I could jump it in the US.

Compare this suit to a stock suit from Paragear, and you're looking at $100 more. That 100 bucks could buy your goggles and altimeters.

I'm not sure a $350 custom suit from Bev or Liquid sky would fit any better or last any longer than a stock suit.

Those are my thoughts and worth exactly what you paid for them.

I have a buddy that got one of these suits. He got a custom one from them, they made it pretty tight and the zipper broke really quickly. I forgot how soon but it was within a few weeks. They said it would cost to much to send it back and get fix it so they refunded him $25 and told him to get it fixed on his own.

On the positive side after he got the zipper fixed it has been a good shit. Still tighter then he wanted it. In person the suit looks to be made well (beside the zipper lol). It does not look like a cheap suit and it would be hard to beat it for the money.

I don't think I would ever buy one but they seem like a good option for a first suit but spending another $100 and getting something that is known to be trusted might be a better idea.
