katiebear21 0 #7 November 12, 2002 Erno's right... need more info. But, I always update my system every month and didn't know about this site when I was running an older OS. Suggest you go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com. That site automatically scans your computer and detects any microsoft related updates/patches you should install to make your system run better. If you're not using windows media player you might want to make that your default and make sure you have the current version.
