Internet question for the nerds

Recommended Posts

With questions like this, useful information to provide includes(but is not limited to):
- Your operating system (Linux/OS2/MacOS/Windows95/98/Me/2000/XP/something else)
- Your browser (IE/Netscape/Opera/something else)
- Your browser version(select "About" from the "Help" menu on most browsers to find out)

Erno's right... need more info. But, I always update my system every month and didn't know about this site when I was running an older OS. Suggest you go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com. That site automatically scans your computer and detects any microsoft related updates/patches you should install to make your system run better. If you're not using windows media player you might want to make that your default and make sure you have the current version.
