Recommended Posts

A customer come with his xaos 88 for a reline an we found a asimetric problem in one attachment point of the stering lines, 1 little cell more in one side, and after he jump it he notice a slightly turn in full speed.
What about some quality controls? ;)

I've been in this business for 15 years selling gear and EVERY manufacturer has a cock up.

What matters is how they handle it after the fact, so before you get on your high horse, talk to them.

My bet is I've see pretty big errors from whomever your favorite manufacturer(s) are.

When you say "1 little cell more in one side", do you mean the ripstop squares at the line attachment? These squares are geneally 1/8th of an inch. I would be more inclined to say position in the harness caused his "slight turn in full speed." I would contact Precision-Aero for line length tolerance for trimming this canopy. My 2 cents.
