Changing alti mounts?

I currently have a altimaster galaxy 2 on a chest mount but I am wanting to change to wrist mount I am wondering if there is an easy way to change the mount without buying a new one altogether.

Yes. See those 4 screws on the back. Look in the Square 1 catalog (or equivalent) for altimeter mounts and accessories.
