popsjumper 2 #5 April 18, 2012 Sorry I can't help you other than to say contact Alti-2. I've had mine since 2004 and have never had a problem with it. Funny story: Mine blanked out one time and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called Alti-2. The rep first said, "Send it to us and I'll send you a new one." Well, I asked another question or two and he said, "Have you put in a new battery?" I said, "Not yet." "Well do that before you send it in." "Ummmm.....it's working now." "Have a nice day, sir" My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus.
