d123 1 #1 May 19, 2011 Hi guys, I`m having a vigil download tool and the vigil graph application and I can`t seem to make the software work. The download tool is connected to the computer and we have no errors regarding that. I can also access the unit information but I can`t seem to access the graphs and the jumps. Anybody has experience with this tool and software. The reason we`re looking into this one is because one of our staff is getting speed close to pop up speed while doing his 720 acording to his viso. Popovitch 0 #2 May 24, 2011 Hey Did you try to sart up and close the vigil soft ? After, when all is open, make sure to not move the controler from the black box. Sometimes you have to lift up a little bit the controller to make the right connection. And you must see the blue bar moving down the screen. Let me know.
