Kramer 0 #1 January 18, 2004 Alright, I was at a party tonight. It was a birthday party for this girl that I met not too long ago...so I don't really know a lot of her friends yet or anything. Anyway, I get there, and some drunken douchebag looks at my closing pin necklace (I usually keep it tucked under my shirt...but she musta slipped out)...so anyway...he looks at it, and goes: "Hey dude...is that a sperm???" (ME: ) It was a little embarrassing to say the least. A few people overheard it and honed right in on this conversation. I was about || <---this close to just saying "yup" and walking away. But I couldn't bring myself to do it. I explained to them what it was, and gave my best "tell a group of drunk people how a closing pin works in less than three seconds so as not to lose their attention" speech. After I told them what was up, I think they thought it was pretty cool that I skydive...but it sure was a wee bit uncomfortable for a few seconds there. So anywho, this was the first time that I ever even realized that a closing pin does look like a sperm...how naive is that? Anyone else have a similar experience? -Kramer The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!!

dustin19d 0 #3 January 18, 2004 All the time. Though it was never misstook for a sperm. But it sure is hard to explain what it is to people, especialy if they been drinking. I just say its a closing pin necklace and leave it at that.Get a lot of confused looks, but I dont care.

riggerrob 623 #9 January 18, 2004 One time an old hippy asked me the spiritual significance of my "Blue 2000" necklace. He speculated that the 3-rings represented "Daddo, laddo and spook." He must have been a trinitarian, "... long-haired friend of Jesus in a chartus micro bua ...." He never did ask about the curved pin. Sure does look like a sperm. caz 0 #10 January 19, 2004 My boss asked me if I thought it was appropriate to wear a phallic symbol around my neck at work after a number of drinks down the pub one day, I'd been wearing it on and off for a number of months by that point though without him ever bringing it up. After explaining what it actually was, I did ask him why on earth he thought I would wear a phallic symbol around my neck at work and then he got quite embarrassed. ~~~ London Skydivers ~~~

"A dozen long-haired friends of Jesus in a chartrus microbus" is now stuck in my head and I can't remember where it comes from. Help!! It was a 'spoken' song....I am not the man.
