Skymonkey13 0 #1 June 22, 2004 I posted in a thread the other day asking how i could get a owners manuel, and security card for a Cyprus, (I bought mine used and the seller didn;t still have them) Well, Vicki suggested that i contact Airtec, which i did, (thanks again Vicki), i emailed them and talked to a guy named Eric. He answered my email almost as fast as i had hit send. He said, "It's on the way". That was Thursday, late, so i didn't expect anything for at least a week. It couldn't arrive Friday, or Saturday, cause i emailed on late Thursday, and they don't deliver on Sunday. Well, low and behold, it was in the mail today. Now thats great customer service, and Eric was a very polite guy. Kudo's to Airtec, and Kudo's to Eric, i really appreciated the excellent service.
