Caveat, manufacturing RSLs is a process of dubious legality in the USA. Rules may vary in other countries. Remember that the original poster is Italian. Canadian Rigger Bs are allowed to manufacture parts "to approved patterns.) The bottom line is, if you are going to copy a TSOed component, sew it so neatly that most Senior Riggers will not be able to tell the difference.
