Is it ok to exercise then drink?

I see no problem with taking your cell phone along with you so you can call your buddy to have him drive over a Yoohoo with some Bailey's while you run. Don't forget the cigarette, too. :D

Wow.. funny you should ask this... I've wondered the same... but then I realized that after I run a few miles alcohol is extremely unappealing to me... :P

Go ahead and laugh, but twice now I've run the taxiway/runway circuit at my dropzone (on weekdays).... I run it around 8ish PM and I've had to stop for air traffic only once... :D But when I make my way over to the hanger after running, the thought of drinking beer is repulsing...

I always have an ice cold beer after a run! There's actually a running club called Hashers that run for beer...they have locations all over the world. I did some runs with them when I live in Atlanta -- quite a crazy bunch!!

Enjoy here while you're here because there's no here there.

The alcohol will have a bigger effect. (cheaper buzz)

not bigger, but rather faster .. you will get drunk faster and a little more and it will go away faster as well...

it's not about defying gravity; it's how hard you can abuse it. speed skydiving it is ...
