bliston 0 #1 January 11, 2010 What is the going rate for a tandem reserve I&R these days? I was charging $75 when working for time at a DZ a number of years ago, but that seems to be closer to the going rate for sport rigs. BenMass Defiance 4-wayFS website sticks! chutingstar 1 #2 January 11, 2010 We're currently charging $70 for a tandem I&R. MikeChutingStar.com
riggerrob 623 #3 January 11, 2010 We still charge $60 plus tax for tandem I&Rs, but add few hours labour for all the repairs to the container and main. Hah! Hah! IOW I only do I&Rs in hopes of finding some flaw that I can earn REAL money repairing.
bliston 0 #4 January 12, 2010 Yeah, tandems are barely worth it. I'm thinking of changing my pricing structure based on reserve square footage. The smaller canopies are truly easer to inspect and pack. Doing a tandem I&R vs. an optimum 113 is night and day... maybe double to work.Mass Defiance 4-wayFS website sticks!
