Ok first off I did a search.

the thing keeps beeping hours after I leave the DZ. For some reason I cant get it to do anything. I took the battery's out to reset it.

Ok now the question... Does anyone know where to find the quick reference guide on line? I cant find it on line or on there website...

Change the battery. If i rember correctly it means it is flat? Been a while since i used one.......or are you driving up hills etc and passing a certain altitude?

I had the same thing with my ProTrack. It was a button gone bad; I sent it in and they sent me a new one.
