What would it cost to get a harness resized to fit me?

It depends on the manufacture, as well as if it has articulation (rings), and if you want to reuse your old hardware (if they will let you). Best to go to the manufactures website and they usually have a price list, if not call the manufacture. As an example here is the current prices for a Sunpath Javelin:
