I can't get the text box to activate or even appear!! all I get are the stupid faces & the dumb "select an action" quotes. HOW do i get into the Pub chat room???? Cornholio 0 #2 January 6, 2005 Try here: http://www.dropzone.com/chat Or try downloading mIRC from http://www.mirc.com, install it, then open it up and point the server name to home.chatworlds.net port 7000. SpeedRacer 1 #11 January 6, 2005 tried all that. it wouldn't connect. f&*k it. ---there have been threads about this problem before, and there seem to be a significant number of users here who cannot connect to the chat room. I used to be able to connect when I had Win98SE. I don'tknow why its not working now.
