tsisson 0 #1 May 10, 2005 She's at the vet right now, got the call that she has a punctured eardrum. Does a punctured eardrum mean she'll be deaf in that ear?
Acensky 0 #2 May 10, 2005 ohh, poor doggie. Giving {{{{ VIBES}}}}} to your dog. HeatherGarbage bags do not make good parachutes.
BillyVance 34 #3 May 10, 2005 Ouch... so how did that happen? A loud bang somewhere?"Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
tsisson 0 #4 June 7, 2005 $900 bucks later...the little Lab is all better. The puncture happened due to an infection, she was shaking her head so vigorously that she perf'd the eardrum. Anti-biotics, steroids, and two deep cleanings are what fixed her. It's amazing how much $$ one will spend on their best buddy...
Rebecca 0 #5 June 7, 2005 Glad the little pup's all better - once they've cuddled their way into your heart you'll spend damn near ANY amount to fix them up... and it's so worth it! you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk? skycat 0 #6 June 7, 2005 I feel your pain my new dog is in the $500 range in the 1st 3 weeks I had him (tape worm, Giardia, Kennel Cough) hopefully he is a little tougher the rest of the year health wise. Unfortunately he likes licking the other dog and the cat's ears so I'm seeing more vet bills in the way of the other 2 pets having ear yeast infections. Fly it like you stole it!
