Its mostly muscle, but I do have some that I want to get rid of....Probably 230 lbs is a good weight for me. I dont want to be a twig... It's amazing how easy it is to lose weight when you have to make SUCH and effort to actually find food. Another 10lbs and I'll be at a perfect weight.
