hudsonderek 0 #1 March 11, 2008 I just got a used, but nearly new mirage G3 M3X. I love the quality these things are made with, the cutaway cable housing (where you fish the loop through) just looks more rugged than a lot of other containers I've seen. I feel like a small nuclear bomb could hit this thing and it would still be intact. anyone out there love this container as much as I do? they're mega comfy as well. I owned a G3 M3 before this one and besides the colors, thought it was an awesome container as well.
KNewman 0 #2 March 11, 2008 Derek I too have "Fallen" for my Mirage container. I have a Mirage G3 with all the goodies and couldn't be happier. The fit is great, it works great and it is so much quieter than my old harness. Manifest would make fun of me 'cause they could hear me walking from a mile away. (I used to shoot back: I'm old, it's my hips squeaking, I need to get them oiled, leave me alone) Now I just walk on by and get on the plane. Have fun!!! Kevin Blue Skies and Stand-up Landings!!!!!! Naomi 0 #3 March 11, 2008 I love my G4 too. She's gorgeous! My boyfriend knows how much I love her and doesn't get jealous of the fact that I ride her all the time. Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding.
headcase 0 #4 March 11, 2008 My G is so hot my friends are always trying to do 3 and 4 ways just to get some action. All the ladies on jump run love it when they get the "G spot."
CazmoDee 3 #5 March 11, 2008 Just picked up a G3, used but new to me. Very basic harness, no rings or anything, but it fits like it was built for me. It's my first rig so guess I'm extra stoked. Also got a smokin' almost new Sabre 2!!! Blue skies!I'm behind the bar at Sloppy Joe's....See ya in the Keys! Muff 4313
hudsonderek 0 #6 March 11, 2008 now I've got to show pics, it's lonely without canopies in it, but can you believe this thing was used? even the secondary riser covers are stiff. It's awesome because on the 3X the reserve is sized for a 160, but the main tray is sized for a 120.
bodypilot1 0 #7 March 11, 2008 Quotemain tray is sized for a 120. Nice rig, Derek. I remember you to be about 180lbs if I'm correct? How many jumps do you have now, and how much will you be down sizing to with a 120 sq ft canopy?www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
SuperGirl 0 #8 March 11, 2008 Quote Nice rig, Derek. I remember you to be about 180lbs if I'm correct? How many jumps do you have now, and how much will you be down sizing to with a 120 sq ft canopy? nice question. the answer is directly related to the "don' tell my girlfriend" part... he'll actually squeeze something bigger than a 120 in there for a while. hudsonderek 0 #9 March 11, 2008 I'll be squeezing a 135 cobalt in there that I've put a few jumps on and liked a lot (well, besides the openings). So I'm going down from a 150 to a 135.
