If you are talking about something around 20x20 or larger with no center support poles, two of the main companies building them for party rental companies are Canvas Specialties and Academy Tent & Canvas, both in California. They are not cheap, but they are built to last. They do sell their used stock. You can pick up a 10x20 tent designed to park a car under for $100-$200 at Costco, Home Depot or auto part stores. They won't hold up in the wind that well. I learned the hard way.
