popeyefireman 0 #1 March 3, 2006 OKay, so i stay pretty fit at work and we have a gym at our station and sometimes enough time to use it. I use to run a lot at home but stoped due to some time restriants. When I ran at home I would take my dog. So today i thought I would take him for a goo run and get him out of the back yard some. I do have a large back yard but when we went running I had to drag him the last 1/2 mile and he has gotten fat enough that I had to lossen his harness. Now I think I will run untill he is skinny. peacefuljeffrey 0 #7 March 3, 2006 QuoteRound is a shape. And if you believe Homer Simpson, purple is a fruit! I myself seriously need to get back in shape. I'm not noticeably out of shape, but I myself know how not-toned I am compared to how I have been and can be... --Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind...
