cesslon 0 #2 May 7, 2006 I go alone all the time I like it, its nice and quiet usually when I go its straight after work and the cinema is empty sometimes there is like 3 people in the whole cinema and everyone sits in this big triangle shape well away from the other person its weird but its how it always is when only 3 in cinema anyway why I like it is I see the movie for my self, not to chat about it during the movie lol Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

So, every Tuesday night after I put my son to bed, I went to the movies - the late show. Sometimes, I had a friend go along, but I usually just went by myself. BTW, when you go to the movies once a week, every week, it's very hard to find something to see! I ended up watching some pretty crappy movies that year.Jump, Land, Pack, Repeat... At this point in my life, I've probably gone to the movies alone almost as many times as I've gone with someone else. Sitting alone in a dark theater isn't much different than sitting with someone else in a dark theater, so it doesn't make a lot of difference to me whether there's anyone with me or not. I've found that Tuesday nights are the least crowded nights at the theater. From time to time I've found myself completely alone in a theater on a Tuesday night.I don't have an M.D. or a law degree.
