I did press charges the 2nd time this happened but as things happen in some of these cases we both went to jail. I've been told to contact an attorney and could probably have my record amended because of her previous and post record. Just have not wanted to drag all this shit out again. This all happened 7 to 8 years ago. Don't like to think about that time of my life.

Sorry, I was just curious because a friend of a friend has an apparently nasty unstable wife who is abusive and he WON'T press charges. He got arrested for trying to defend himself by holding her hands and let the cops take him to jail without mentioning that she pulled a knife on him. What's really sad is they have a kid together. By not pressing charges, in my opinion, he's just enabling her- not to mention making it all but impossible to get custody if they ever separate or get divorced.

Once when I was young I had an arguement with a girlfriend at that time. she was so mad that she lost control of her emotions and hit me with a closed fist.
We where out inthe country at a city lake, I picked her up and tossed her into the lake and then drove myself home.

No she did not look hot soaking wet and she was just furious!
She was just yelling at me, I just went on about my business and drove away. One of the best things I have ever done for myself and she made it an easy choice for me.

Yes, I've been hit by a girl....

The one that really sticks in my memory was a g/f who I got into a rather heated arguement with... I turned around to walk away to calm down and she came up behind me and broke a beer mug over the back of my head... I instictively turned around and defended myself...
