okalb 104 #26 May 7, 2006 I did my AFF Level 4 on my birthday and my instructor (Carol from the ranch) grabbed me and gave me a big ol smack on the lips and mouthed happy birthday. It was near the end of the jump and she was supposed to be set up in front of me anyway. I opened and the whole canopy ride I was laughing my ass off thinking...holy crap, I just got kissed in freefall. It was awesome and a tradition that should not be forgotten. Years later I still smile every time I think about it, or read it in my logbook.Time flies like an arrow....fruit flies like a banana

VanillaSkyGirl 6 #29 May 8, 2006 I have to agree with Narci. Icon, this isn't meant to be an attack on you, but you talk about being a virgin much of the time. It almost makes you appear to be obsessed with it. If you stop focusing and making others focus on your lack of a GF/sex and keep focusing on yourself and the activities/past times that you love, something will eventually develop. Someday, when you least expect it, you will meet someone that you like, and that person will like you, too. You will become intimate. It will happen. It's only natural that an adult should want to become physical/intimate with another person at some point, and there really is someone for everyone. Also, if it doesn't bother you to be a virgin or without a GF, then why bring it up at all? What people do in their private lives is nobody's business. You don't need to explain yourself to anyone. Scottyb 0 #41 May 8, 2006 I always enjoy a kiss pass with my wife when we do a 2 way. No matter what we are doing on that jump we get a kiss first and go on from there. Scottyb
ladyskydiver 0 #42 May 8, 2006 I've given and received kiss passes. I think they are a very sweet gesture. Of course, I now wear a full-face helmet so my helmet has been licked a few times. Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably. And never regret anything that made you smile.
wingnut 0 #43 May 8, 2006 done one, it was with an exgirlfriend and will be remebered... but since my cherry got popped, i'm ready for more...... so ladies........ and yes, i think it is sort of getting lost, fullfaces and freeflying make it kind of hard... cuz unless you are really good, it is sort of hard to fly up headdown and kiss some one in freefall without completly funneling the jump... one your belly it is prety easy.. ______________________________________ "i have no reader's digest version"
Jamdiablo 0 #44 May 8, 2006 I'm brand new to the sport so I haven't had a kiss pass yet. I'm looking forward to it though.
Froggy 0 #45 May 9, 2006 Quotewaaa waaaa waaaaa.....what a bunch of fucking pussies. Kiss passes are fun. <...> Big fucking deal. If you can't handle something so minor....you have bigger problems than a kiss pass anyway. I was reading this thread actually waiting to find a post like this! It's soooooo true! Couldn't agree more, and have nothing to add... -------------- We were not born to fly. And all we can do is to try not to fall...
