How do you keep in shape?

Not on purpose but i do a shit load of walking to get to/from work. Probably about 6 miles a day if not more. Which means if im running late im running the distance.

Actually used to be a really good long distance runner and represented my county, i miss being that fit :D

I don't do anything special, i just try to stay active and watch what i eat. My girlfriend swears by the video game dance revolution for cardio exercise, and she pole dances to keep muscles toned.:D

Summer time...swimming, walking biking..

The rest of the year..hell I live in the south...I could swim, 9 months out of the entire year...but I only swim in the "summer time"...I walk or bike....when I walk its a mile every night...when I bike...I bike for about an hour.

I put the baby in the jogging stroller and we go running. I'm also just sticking to lean protein and vegetables. Losing the baby weight has been much tougher this time around but I'm getting there.:)
I also bought carmen electra's cardio striptease. It is cheesy but lots of fun. I want to start taking yoga again as well.

yoga / stretching everyday
running or some other form of cardio every other day
I'll alternate upper and lower body with simple free weights and a cheep bench from walmart 3 times a week (2 on one area then switch the emphasis the next.)
crunches/situps every other day
good nutrition
