lguard8 0 #1 September 27, 2007 I Just wanted to give a company credit when it belongs to them. I have always had great customer service from Alti-2 and have recently had another great experience. I purchased a neptune about 4 years ago and within a month it had a problem with a pressure sensor which they promptly replaced free of charge. Shortly after this I purchased a second one for my girlfriend and now recently we were both having problems with it locking up and resetting in the middle of a jump and not working. I used their RMA process and sent it back and 2 days later Luann from Alti-2 called me back and said she would be sending me 2 new neptunes free of charge. While I believe this was the right thing to do, not all companies take responsibility for things like this and provide the excellent customer service that I have come to expect and appreciate from Alti-2. berchtoldaj 0 #4 September 27, 2007 Ditto for me, over the last 4 years that i've been jumping them Ive had to send 2 back. they were painlessly replaced with new ones.
