If it's what I think it is, it's just a scam. The stuff that comes out is caused by the product. The clue being "After my first dose and seeing the results, I upped the dose to see what would happen. Amazingly, even more came out!" As far as I know, it's a scam.

EDIT: On another forum there was a discussion about the same stuff. I'll see if I can find the link.

EDIT 2: Save your money, stick to occasional fiber supplements and "gastro"-friendly foods. Try to avoid laxatives. Word is you can develop dependency. If you're really backed up, just drink 12-16 ounces of prune juice in the evening (when you can be at home) for 2 evenings. That will get most everything out.

I believe with the Master Cleanse, it works a little differently. There isn't a drink other than the lemon water and teas, no fiber drinks.

I was just watching this tv talk about it.
I don't have a problem/need for it.
However the idea about cleaning colon out sounded reasonable.
