Brains 2 #1 June 9, 2006 Some of you may know, I own an air conditioning company in TX. I have a customer whose new (less than 6 months) a/c unit went out. I can not get the part needed to fix it until Wednesday of next week. It is about 96 degrees here today and projected to be 100 over the weekend. She was a little irate to say the least. I offered to put in a loaner unit, at no cost to her, until we could get hers fixed. (also at no cost to her) This still was not a viable option to her. I work hard to keep my customers happy. I guess you can't please all the people all the time. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.
NWFlyer 2 #2 June 9, 2006 Some people just aren't happy. Sounds like you provided a good service option but she's gonna bitch anyway. If not you it'll be someone else."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences." -P.J.
