Cheap hotels in the Portland area

Recommended Posts

Looking for some budget pricing for a hotel near Portland State University.

I need to take my son out there next month for registration. Naturally the University suggested I stay here , but the cost is a tad more then what I'd like to spend.

Thanks, but the lowests rate they found for me was $94 a night:o

I guess I'm just being Internet slow today, as I can't even find a Budget or Super 8 in the area. Guess it's time to call AAA.

Well if you are looking right down town you are not going to find much for budget hotels. But I know there is a super6 out on 36th and powell on the other side of the river. thats the only one I can think of right of hand that is close to downtown.

Blah blah blah major milestone for your son ;)... the real question is, are you going to keep driving and visit us up here in Seattle?

Thanks all, I guess I'm going to have to suck it up and pay the money. The place is close to the University, so we can walk.

Krisanne, who says that I'm going to be driving up there to visit my son? I'm doing the happy dance come August. Both boys will be out of the house and I'll finally have that freedom I've worked so hard to have;)
