Richards yes, there are actually some very good, highly successful behavior modification techniques that can be used, usually in conjunction w/ a therapist. you could go to just about any major bookstore (barnes and noble, for ex) and get a good intro text on them. they may take a little longer than drugs and are more "uncomfortable" to some people, but the success rate is more long term. for people on the drugs, once they stop the drugs the behavior often returns.
