New Bad Habit:
All about me sex with a boy toy : )

NOW you're gettin' somewhere...
May I introduce myself...I need no batteries.

My reality and yours are quite different.
I think we're all Bozos on this bus.

Why yes...yes there is...because they don't make 'em like they used to...you younger guys run down WAY too fast. It's all about longevity and stamina, son....longevity and stamina.

What's next?

I think the next part of the process will be the most complicated. It involves a 12 month separation, division of assets and paper work. After that, I'll be good to go. : )

Of course by then, I may have lung cancer from stress smoking.

Maybe I should get the boy toy first ????

Constantly checking and double checking that I have locked doors, turned off appliances, turned off faucets....etc. Drives my wife crazy but sometimes I can't help it. Actually some people find this quite hilarious and always jokingly speculate how many times I will check the door when I leave.

i'm sure you already know this, but sounds like textbook OCD... low dose SSRI's (luvox especially, but also paxil, prozac, zoloft) have done wonders for some w/ this often debilitating illness. I've got a form of it and w/o zoloft, sometimes I can't function at all.

Not a big fan of drugs if they can be avoided. Are you aware of any non-medicinal methods that can be tried before resorting to meds?

yes, there are actually some very good, highly successful behavior modification techniques that can be used, usually in conjunction w/ a therapist. you could go to just about any major bookstore (barnes and noble, for ex) and get a good intro text on them. they may take a little longer than drugs and are more "uncomfortable" to some people, but the success rate is more long term. for people on the drugs, once they stop the drugs the behavior often returns.
