PLFXpert 0 #8 July 17, 2006 I'll be "the one": In Florida, in the summer, facilities are important to me. I don't care much for sweating my metaphorical sack off. I like an A/C'd area to relax between jumps, have a snack, etc. Atmosphere, I think, is/can be beautiful anywhere. And attitude? Frankly I'm not one to care much about other's attitudes toward me. I'm there to jump for me, not to win a popularity contest. I'm nice/welcoming to anyone who wants to talk to me, and of course I'm not shy to talk to anyone else. If they want to be an asshole back, I consider that their problem, not mine and it certainly doesn't ruin my experience at the DZ. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back. Bolas 5 #9 July 17, 2006 For your home DZ location can play a big part in it. Of course I do know people who'll drive pass 1-2 DZ's to get to their home DZ. Stupidity if left untreated is self-correcting If ya can't be good, look good, if that fails, make 'em laugh.

FlyingJ 0 #16 July 17, 2006 Quote If the shitter sucks, and there is no hope of a marginal shower... Friends and cool people will probably not be showing up. Thankfully The Farm proved that statement entirely wrong. People smelled like ass and had to shit in a port-a-potty for a long time before everything got fixed up all nice like. Of course, nothing ever happens at The Farm, so maybe you're statement isn't all that wrong.Killing threads since 2004.

They're so rich they eagerly throw money away on stupid things or B. They're idiots. PLFXpert 0 #19 July 18, 2006 Absolutely. I pee a lot. There's a medication for that, but I'd rather keep my hair and my sex drive and just pee, thank you. I much prefer the woods. Doesnt bother me. No leaves, though. Drip dry. I also prefer the woods over a port-o-let anyday. I've pee'd in many places. And I've saved a lot of deer from hunters. It's charity work, really. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
