It'll tell you how large the file is and let you adjust some settings to get it smaller.Why does it say "Append signature to post" when I don't have a signature? Open "my pictures" Right click on photo>> Open with>> Microsoft Office Picture Manager The cropping and resizing tools are in the Picture menu on the tool bar.
