wmw999 2,089 #6 October 24, 2006 Actually, this was a repost too . I just didn't title my thread as clearly Wendy W.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

Sockpuppet 0 #8 October 24, 2006 I am so glad that it says "after the fireworks" are they trying to give you the experiance of flak and ack ack as well. ------ Two of the three voices in my head agree with you. It might actually be unanimous but voice three only speaks Welsh.

ZigZagMarquis 8 #10 December 19, 2006 QuoteI am so glad that it says "after the fireworks" are they trying to give you the experiance of flak and ack ack as well. Awh, come on... one of the "high lites" of the mid-night new year's eve jump we did on Dec 31, 99 / Jan 01, 00 at Cal City Skydive was listening to all the GUN FIRE going off around the desert while under canopy... glad I pulled low... nothin' like getting saddled under 2K AT NIGHT... ... AND... one year when we jumped into the park on the 4th of July at sun-set the fire-works guys decided it would be "cool" to set off just one fire work as we came in to land... nothing like being short final and hearing an 8" mortar go off like 50 yards away... ... ya know, they could have TOLD US they were going to do that ahead of time... nah, that would have made sense... doh!!!
