Hangover remedies

Recommended Posts

What better day is there to talk about hangover remedies than New Years? :D:DB|

I'm keeping it simple, with a couple excedrin and some very strong coffee. Hydrated a bit earlier. I've gone to more of a headache than a hangover.

So how are you nursing your hangover?

avoid them, take vitamin B and drink loads of water before sleeping

This is the only remedy that works for me. The downside is that you have to get up during the night to go to the toilet :D

Oh I beg to differ, Being an X professional hangoverer. My best remedy, water lots of water before bed, BC Powder x2 in the morning, more water and then food. Well now that I think about it mind candy, but it worked for me.

Now to my reality, No hangover today, and I feel great.

Hang in there people tomorrow back to work, nasty 4 letter word.

Hot coffee, Tabasco, hot peppers, Ipecac and gunpowder. Hold his nose and shove it down his throat.

I prefer several pints of ice cold water, and two Naproxen (Aleve). If things are really bad, try some gatorade to replace those fancy electrolytes and maybe a gram of Vit C.

Nope. There was no mention of Edgar Allen Poe in Cool Hand Luke.

Actually avoided the hangover this year. For every glass of wine I drank a glass of water inbetween. Walla! No hangover! :)
Careful with the coffee there, Matt. Both alcohol and coffee are diuretics and will continue to dehydrate you and keep the headache going. B|
