Next for the week of lunches before we head out to Lake Wales..is Mini ground Turkey Meatloaves..ground turkey, chopped fresh cilantro, toasted sesame seed oil, grated ginger, one egg white, low sodium teriyaki sauce, nonstick cooking spray...yum! yum! The recipe called for grated ginger, which would've worked well I think. So next time we'll try it grated maybe. Somebody else told her to make ME cook last night.
