1969912 0 #1 March 1, 2007 I heard some loud talking, like "put your shoes on and come out here", "there's no weapons in here!", etc. Kinda watched outside and saw my neighbors house surrounded with cops. There were laser dots on my neighbor, who was standing on his porch. A little more talk, then ZAP!. The guy falls on the porch. Cops go onto the porch and say "sit still and we won't have to do it again." A few minutes later an ambulance hauls him away. He has had problems with depression, so maybe it was a suicide deal. Bummer.
