KCJumper 0 #1 March 3, 2007 Ok so I emailed a guy on here about rig that he was wanting to sell. The rig was: Mirage G3 Sabre 2 150 PD Reserve 160 Airtech Cypress He is doing the usual scam of low price and wire the money to him. The only difference he is giving an address in the US. The name he is using is Dan Terrel. I have called fedex to verify his account with no luck. If you have any information on this individual please let me know. KCJumper 0 #5 March 4, 2007 Have not sent the money. It seems like a scam becuase he completely ignored me on sending to my rigger. He is just a little persistant on me wiring the money to him. The fact that he was all non-chalant about dropping the price. Don't really know anyone who will just drop the price 100 dollars. cameramonkey 0 #6 March 4, 2007 if he wont work through an intermediary, drops price too easily, something is wrong. get a photo of the serial#. confirm its not reported stolen. (having him jsut just emailing a serial could be forged, wrong, etc). trust your gut. in these situations, they are usually correct.Two wrongs don't make a right, however three lefts DO! Went back to try and find the ad and it was deleted. I knew the price was way too good to be true.50 donations so far. Give it a try.
