Zing 2 #4 April 8, 2007 So ... is this is why Michigan wants to buy iPods for all the high school students? Might just as well buy them all Zippo lighters for Hell Night too.Zing Lurks
gmittar 0 #5 April 8, 2007 It didn't stop the bullet, it slowed it enough that the body armor stopped it, he still woulda been toast without the armor. |>.<| Seriously, W.T.F. mate?

How important is the info on them? Just mechanical damage won't erase all the data, and people with the right equipment and knowledge would be able to retrieve at least some of it. If the data is important enough, someone interested might use large quantities of time and money to get it. What would get the data off them would be a proffessional degausser. You know how magnets can destroy the magnet strip on your credit card? A degausser does the same thing to hard drives.Relax, you can die if you mess up, but it will probably not be by bullet. joblades 0 #9 April 9, 2007 Well, I never leave the FOB without it. I don't carry it for it to be stopping bullets though.~Freedom is never free
leroydb 0 #10 April 9, 2007 Same here, it's reminiscent of Vietnam when Soldier would take a small transistor radio with them so they could listen to whatever was on at the time. Add: Except then they only had "dog tags" to stop bullets....Leroy ..I knew I was an unwanted baby when I saw my bath toys were a toaster and a radio...
