Mmm, me too. Tonight we had dinner outside, then walked to the park and played on all the kiddie thngs.
The funny thing is, it's difficult to find a park with swings in my city. Apparently they're too dangerous for today's children. But the stuff the have as a replacement for swings and merry go rounds is scary as hell. I just don't understand.....:S

In grade school, our kids were not allowed to run on the playground, they had to walk! And of course, no playing tag, because you're not allowed to touch the other kids! Dodge ball was forbidden in gym class because some one might get their feelings hurt. Political correctness and the safety gestapos are over the top these days.

No wonder we have so many fat kids. :S

BTW, the weather is perfect here, blue skies, probably get up to the low 80s today. Skydive!B|

Skydive Houston. Blech!

We did manage to get 10 loads up Saturday, inbetween rainstorms.

Sunday, my shooting match was rained out.

All my hobbies are outdoor activities. I don't know what the heck to do with myself on a weekend day like this...

It's mad lightning, thunder and chunky rain!:)

AND!...

I LOVE a good thunderstorm! I grew up in Orlando and nearly every time it rained, it thundered and lightninged (?:D). Everywhere I've lived since hasn't nearly had as many good thunderstorms as Orlando. I love to hear the thunder rumble. I especially love to see the lightning strike out over the ocean.

I'm SUPER happy right now.:)

Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

I'm in Houston too and yes it's been pretty soggy here with all the rain as of late. I will be at Skydive Houston next Saturday the 7th...I hope it's not raining then!
