FlyinDawg 0 #2 July 30, 2007 Wow, it's seem help a lot. Really, I always eat salad with meats for lunch and dinner everyday. Plus 24 oz of milk each day, which body needed plus 8 glasses of water daily too. Actually I drink 3 times of 8oz milk with mix of 100% WHEY high protein daily include workout. Really feel healthy everyday and lose fat a lot and gain muscle a lot. Of course healthy is most important. PS: I drink meat milkshake every friday too. It's healthy and high protein drink.
